RED VELVET CAKE .. 2 TRY..

I think this is my 2 try and the cream cheese deco much more better...hehhehe. But still it's not very red. Maybe because i'm stingy with red colouring food...my bad..

RED VELVET CAKE

My 1 try.....red velvet cake (not so red , have to put more red food colour) with cream cheese frosting. The texture is soft & fluffy. Not really my taste because maybe it's has a dull taste (if eat it without the frosting). Different people different taste. It's took a week to finish eating it...I didn't do any decoration because i just want to taste it, so i only put the frosting & mandarin orange on top of it.
