Blackforest cake with cherry jam and whipping cream filling. Choc rice, whipping cream and strawberry as deco. It's suppose to be cherry as the deco but there's none ..so, i just use strawberry...hehehe.

Happy bday hubby ! Sorry for the appearance...suppose to do different deco but something wrong with my ganache...trust me ..i've already frosting the cake smoothly..(see above pic) maybe i'm too rush to get it done and i screw up. I'll make it up to you next time, ok? luv u.

It's choc sponge cake with hazelnut bc, dacquoise and choc filling. Wow! too much work to get it done. Result: dacquoise too sweet and hard to eat..not really fond about it. Next time i will reduce the amount of sugar in the hazelnut bc also.

AIDILADHA CAKE 2011

Salam Aidiladha from Finland. Choc and strawberry sponge cake with fresh cream & strawberry jam filling. ITMBC and white choc bc for deco. First time in trying combining different cakes and fillings. Result: not great but interesting. I'm still voting for opera cake and choc indulgence for my fav cake. But i REALLYYY like this cake because of the flowerssssssssssss....speechless for me...i've made it ! at last..

This is for chicken party event !..hahhaha. It's suppose to be choc indulgence but the filling is realllyyyyyyyyyyy not up to the par..so, just choc sponge cake with dark choc mousse.

Black forest cake for Ann...Happy Bday sweety. Heheheh. She requested for a cake that full of flowers & choc rice at the side. It's such a challenge for me to do the roses but i'm glad i did it... :) Thanks Ann.

"DEEPARAYA" CAKE

It's a 2 layer cake from strawberry sponge & choc sponge. Decorations with fresh cream, choc, fruits, lady's finger & ribbon. Between layer is fresh cream & strawberry slices.

This is specially request for "Deeparaya" event that have been organized by Msian Ambassador with cooperation of Msian-Finland Assc. And it have been cut by Ambassador & President of Msian-Finland Assc for cake cutting ceremony. Thanks & I'm honoured :).

Jasmi just want a choc cake without any picture or writing for his friend party. So, I try to do decoration with a choc for the first time & it turn out well. But my hand is very sensitive with the choc...everytime i touch choc, it's starting to melt...hmmm.

Yesterday, I've got a Batman Cake order from Adreana for her both children, Adam & Lisa. Immediately, I've search a picture of batman in the internet. If the picture is printed, maybe it can be more beautiful but nevermind, for me it's still ok & can be improve next time. Hopefully Adreana & family will like it.
