HAPPY BDAY TO ZAHIRAH & SAKINAH...

I've made raspberry cake with bc & walnut as deco for Sakinah. Zahirah's cake is rich moist choc cake with ganache filling and deco. Both of them is using rice paper edible image bought from confetti.fi . I really don't like using rice paper because it's harden when changing temperature and automatically make my bc deco crack...huhuh..Anyway, happy bday to both of them..heheh

ROBERT DOWNEY 'S CAKE

Hahahahha..i keep laughing when i see this cake. Special request from H University... a fan of Robert Downey and she wants a picture of he's holding a pipette (a lab equipment ). So, i search from ebay and i get it ....good job, nicely done. I hope the cake bring happy memory for her...sweetttttt

Talk about the deco...because of the influence from 'cake boss' tv programme, i wanna try the string work.. yes, it's a very delicate job and you have to be 'in the zone'...

Vanilla cake upon Haziq request. Deco with bc, strawberry and edible topper. Both edible is made from rice paper and it was been bought here in Finland. But, i don't reallylike the rice paper edible topper because it doesn't attach smoothly to the cake..hmm

DOMINO CHEESECAKE .. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US !!

Because there's no oreo biscuit, so I use domino biscuits for the base of cheesecake. I also testing edible topper on the whipping cream but it's a NO..NO..The topper became very wet and easy to tear even with just 1 click .. This time edible topper from ebay..no more rice paper..

I don't know why but I prefer to do all my princess cake in 1 shot. Maybe because I simply don't want they crying over the cake. So, nevermind..everything I do, I do it for uols !!! Love them..Happy Bday all my princess ! All cake was rich moist cake with a little walnut in them.
