TIRAMISU WITHOUT ALCOHOL

I'm using original tiramisu recipe but of course I omit alcohol. Tiramisu with mascaporne cream cheese & lady fingers biscuits. I have to warn you not to eat so much because....ehmmm...you know what will happen...hehehe.

2nd opera cake..almond cake (3 layers) + coffee bc + coffee syrup + choc ganache. I got the inspiration to do the family tree from Wilton decoration book course...hehehe. But all the faces is not so "gebu" like its suppose to be....like down syndrome faces..wakakkaka.

RED VELVET CAKE

My 1 try.....red velvet cake (not so red , have to put more red food colour) with cream cheese frosting. The texture is soft & fluffy. Not really my taste because maybe it's has a dull taste (if eat it without the frosting). Different people different taste. It's took a week to finish eating it...I didn't do any decoration because i just want to taste it, so i only put the frosting & mandarin orange on top of it.

Actually, I suppose to do agar2 for today's event @ Suria's house but unfortunately the agar2 fall down. Huhuhuh..oh my swan agar2...it's not your day to be eaten.. huhuhu. So, in the middle of the night, I search for instant ingredients for my 1 time try fruit trifle. FYI, I do not even know the taste of fruit trifle....muahahahahha..so, I just gamble because I see it's a very easy to do..except the jelly part. ...hampeh...And alhamdulillah, the trifle have been a huge success for me...
