Thanx to Suria/Azremi for trusting me in experimenting a new recipe : Opera Cake for Anis's cake. Because of the long rest in baking, I think my skills have been bad...huhuh...
Luv this cake because of the luxurious taste. U can taste choc ganache with coffee buttercream & coffee syrup on the top of each almond cakes. Almond nuts at the outside also give a crunchiness to the cake..mmm...mmm...a very good recipe to try.
